It Takes a Block will be built!
The Nordic Built Cities Challenge local winner project will be built as real estate company Fastighets AB Trianon receives land allocation in Sege Park in Malmö.
The real estate company applied for land allocation with the It Takes a Block project, which was one of the six local winners of the Nordic Built Cities Challenge.
The project is developed by Kjellander Sjöberg Arkitektkontor AB in collaboration with Sted ApS, BOGL aps, Atkins, Platspilot, Gudmund Bladh & David Ottosson. Sege Park is a former hospital area in the Swedish city of Malmö, which will be turned into a green urban area. It is still uncertain when building of It Takes a Block will begin.
